Peter Cushman

Peter is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investments, overseeing asset management activities, and fundraising. Prior to joining Parkwood Real Estate Partners and co-founding Oakwood Real Estate Partners, he was Senior Vice President for Bancroft Capital, a development and investment firm in California and Colorado. Prior to joining Bancroft Capital, Peter was a Project Manager with LDW Resort & Hotel Development in San Diego. He began his career as an analyst and acquisitions manager with Louis Dreyfus Property Group in New York. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
